I wish I had this book throughout my previous fourteen years of providing therapy...I strongly recommend this book for the layperson as well as the professional...

This is an absolute must have tool.

About What Can I Say to Help

After a deep depression, two of the author's close friends asked the same question during the same week, "What can I say to Help". Caregivers, spouses, loved ones, and friends of those living with a mood disorder ask this same question over and over again. In response to her friends, she wrote little scripts of what she wished they would say to be helpful, to remind her of ways she can help herself,
and to keep her focused positively.
